Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes for the Customer Success team
  • Gather and organize relevant data, ensuring its accuracy and quality through validation techniques
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for Customer Success

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Customer Success, Operations, or Data Analytics
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in process documentation and improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce is preferred
