Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes for the Customer Success team
- Gather and organize relevant data, ensuring its accuracy and quality through validation techniques
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for Customer Success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Customer Success, Operations, or Data Analytics
- Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in process documentation and improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce is preferred
