Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tech stack for Customer Success and Underwriting teams, focusing on CRM and Customer Success tools
- Build and refine automation, reporting/analytics, and system configurations to enhance efficiency
- Scope requirements and manage projects for system initiatives, ensuring successful launches and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with HubSpot, with expertise in building CRM workflows
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON data handling, and JavaScript programming
- HubSpot Administrator Developer certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience working with GenAI bots is strongly preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams
