Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the tech stack for Customer Success and Underwriting teams, focusing on CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Build and refine automation, reporting/analytics, and system configurations to enhance efficiency
  • Scope requirements and manage projects for system initiatives, ensuring successful launches and adoption

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with HubSpot, with expertise in building CRM workflows
  • Proficiency in REST API design, JSON data handling, and JavaScript programming
  • HubSpot Administrator Developer certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Experience working with GenAI bots is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams
