Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations & Digital CS Manager to implement and manage improvements in customer success operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage improvements to increase visibility into customer health and adoption
- Develop and execute campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gainsight Administrator
- Experience in a SaaS company
- High level of technical expertise, including understanding of data and integrations
- Experience within the multifamily residential property industry is a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
