Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations & Digital CS Manager to implement and manage improvements in customer success operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage improvements to increase visibility into customer health and adoption
  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Gainsight Administrator
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • High level of technical expertise, including understanding of data and integrations
  • Experience within the multifamily residential property industry is a plus
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
