Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual Chinese, Online Ordering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and provide expertise on product features
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies
  • Educate clients about the HR360 Marketing tool and conduct performance briefings

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets
