Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Bilingual Chinese, Online Ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide expertise on product features
- Design and implement customer retention strategies
- Educate clients about the HR360 Marketing tool and conduct performance briefings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets
