Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to assist clients with self-directed retirement accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance through chats, phone calls, and emails
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, building trust and rapport
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Success Professional
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred but not required
