Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to assist clients with self-directed retirement accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance through chats, phone calls, and emails
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, building trust and rapport
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Success Professional
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred but not required
