Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support physician and hospital sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing physician and practice accounts and secure account renewals
  • Onboard new accounts and utilize CRM tools for record keeping
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize team performance

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales account management experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to organize and maintain multiple tasks and accounts
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
