Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support its growing customer base in the EV charging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead communication and value demonstration for accounts within a grouped book of business
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships to drive business outcomes and encourage customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and meet revenue targets

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required
  • Passion for the EV space and sustainability
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
