Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support its growing customer base in the EV charging industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead communication and value demonstration for accounts within a grouped book of business
- Develop and maintain positive relationships to drive business outcomes and encourage customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and meet revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing role
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required
- Passion for the EV space and sustainability
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
