Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate to assist their community of educators and parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in the platform and provide responsive live support via chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical or usage issues while advocating for customers
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and contribute to internal process improvements

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service or early education experience
  • Experience providing live support to customers is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
