Job Summary
Working remotely within Germany, the full-time Customer Support Agent will assist users via phone and email with inquiries related to the learning platform, ensuring a smooth experience and helping customers maximize their learning potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries via email and phone
- Providing support for questions related to products, subscriptions, and promotions
