Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent, the full-time remote position will manage electronic data processing, serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, and support the optimization of customer service processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage electronic data processing as part of the support team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently processing incoming emails and responding to inquiries
  • Support the team in executing and optimizing processes within the customer service department
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C support
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong preference for candidates based close to the CET time zone
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach
  • A passion for gaming
