Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent, the full-time remote position will manage electronic data processing, serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, and support the optimization of customer service processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage electronic data processing as part of the support team
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently processing incoming emails and responding to inquiries
- Support the team in executing and optimizing processes within the customer service department
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C support
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong preference for candidates based close to the CET time zone
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach
- A passion for gaming
