Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and support portal
- Interface with internal teams to support pilots and existing customers
- Work with engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environment
- Experience working with Notion and other tools is a plus
