Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and support portal
  • Interface with internal teams to support pilots and existing customers
  • Work with engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with fast-paced work environment
  • Experience working with Notion and other tools is a plus
