Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer and Technical Support Consultant in Hematology.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls regarding diagnostic analyzers
- Troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues
- Assist with equipment installations and provide proactive education on maintenance and workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline preferred
- Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, or laboratory setting
- Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn applicable software and hardware
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours a day
