Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer and Technical Support Consultant in Hematology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls regarding diagnostic analyzers
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues
  • Assist with equipment installations and provide proactive education on maintenance and workflows

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline preferred
  • Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, or laboratory setting
  • Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn applicable software and hardware
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours a day
