Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to resolve technical obstacles and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead troubleshooting of medium complexity incidents and maintain professional communication with customers
  • Own resolution plans for complex cases and analyze logs to optimize case handling
  • Document solutions for common issues and develop training programs for support teams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with cloud-based products/services and systems like Windows Server OS and Linux
  • Proficiency in SQL Database and understanding of network topologies
  • Experience with case management using Zendesk
  • Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure or application solutions is a plus
