Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to resolve technical obstacles and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting of medium complexity incidents and maintain professional communication with customers
- Own resolution plans for complex cases and analyze logs to optimize case handling
- Document solutions for common issues and develop training programs for support teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud-based products/services and systems like Windows Server OS and Linux
- Proficiency in SQL Database and understanding of network topologies
- Experience with case management using Zendesk
- Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure or application solutions is a plus
