Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Support to oversee a customer-centric workforce and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and empower the customer support team to achieve goals and foster a positive culture
  • Monitor support system health, including live ticket queues and staff availability
  • Act as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues and provide technical resources to employees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in management, with experience in SaaS software
  • Experience managing a technical customer-facing team of over 20 employees
  • Project management skills and a results-driven approach
  • Technically savvy with an interest in leveraging data and analytics
