Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Support to oversee a customer-centric workforce and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and empower the customer support team to achieve goals and foster a positive culture
- Monitor support system health, including live ticket queues and staff availability
- Act as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues and provide technical resources to employees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in management, with experience in SaaS software
- Experience managing a technical customer-facing team of over 20 employees
- Project management skills and a results-driven approach
- Technically savvy with an interest in leveraging data and analytics
