Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with their software accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train customers on navigating and using the software effectively
  • Provide inbound call and email support to behavioral health professionals
  • Maintain support ticket information in customer support software

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or phone support role
  • 2+ years of experience working remotely
  • Experience with multichannel customer support/help desk software is a plus
  • Flexible work hours, including limited nights and weekends
