Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with their software accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on navigating and using the software effectively
- Provide inbound call and email support to behavioral health professionals
- Maintain support ticket information in customer support software
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or phone support role
- 2+ years of experience working remotely
- Experience with multichannel customer support/help desk software is a plus
- Flexible work hours, including limited nights and weekends
