Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support on products and software
- Document client interactions thoroughly within the system
- Answer frequently asked questions and assist with order updates
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or data entry
- Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
