Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative I to provide high-quality customer service to healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support on products and software
  • Document client interactions thoroughly within the system
  • Answer frequently asked questions and assist with order updates

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or data entry
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet usage required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
