Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support and Engagement Specialist to manage communication with members and assist in patient onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve incoming messages, calls, and tickets from patients and team members
- Manage incoming referrals and assist patients with onboarding information and technical issues
- Support clinical and revenue cycle management teams with administrative tasks and patient follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role within hospitality or healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales/outbound call engagement experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
- Technical aptitude and experience with customer management platforms like Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive, specifically Excel or Sheets
