Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support and Engagement Specialist to manage communication with members and assist in patient onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve incoming messages, calls, and tickets from patients and team members
  • Manage incoming referrals and assist patients with onboarding information and technical issues
  • Support clinical and revenue cycle management teams with administrative tasks and patient follow-ups

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role within hospitality or healthcare
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales/outbound call engagement experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
  • Technical aptitude and experience with customer management platforms like Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Drive, specifically Excel or Sheets
