Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist in Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer orders and inquiries via phone and email
  • Create and review quotes for accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist customers with unique needs

Required Qualifications and Education
  • One year of experience in customer service or administrative/billing roles
  • Competence with numbers and ability to identify discrepancies
  • Experience in a Coordinator-level role preferred
  • BS/BA degree is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is advantageous
