Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer orders and inquiries via phone and email
- Create and review quotes for accuracy and compliance with policies
- Collaborate with other departments to assist customers with unique needs
Required Qualifications and Education
- One year of experience in customer service or administrative/billing roles
- Competence with numbers and ability to identify discrepancies
- Experience in a Coordinator-level role preferred
- BS/BA degree is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite is advantageous
