Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance to clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Document calls and educate clients on plan policies and procedures
  • Resolve client drug benefit concerns and initiate prior authorization requests

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar role required
  • Health care industry experience is a plus
  • CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of plan and benefit structures and Medicare guidelines is a plus
