Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage customer inquiries and provide support for applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field and resolve customer and patient cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
- Assist in urgent-ticket shifts and maintain a deep understanding of the applications
- Collect information from customers and escalate complex cases as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira platforms is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong desire to learn and adapt in a changing environment
