Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage customer inquiries and provide support for applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field and resolve customer and patient cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
  • Assist in urgent-ticket shifts and maintain a deep understanding of the applications
  • Collect information from customers and escalate complex cases as necessary

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or healthcare environment preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira platforms is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt in a changing environment
