Job Summary
Representing Fetch as the connection between users and internal teams, the full-time Support Specialist will work remotely during 2nd shift hours, addressing user inquiries, educating them on technical topics, and troubleshooting issues to enhance user retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer user questions through written email using pre-written responses
- Educate users on new features and product bugs while maintaining a deep understanding of the application
- Achieve performance expectations and maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
- Technically proficient with strong problem-solving skills
