Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Call Center) in the Billing department for a remote position in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims
  • Handle advanced interactions such as policy changes, payments, and new claim processing
  • Resolve problems, investigate issues, and respond to customer inquiries effectively


Qualifications and Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, AA degree preferred
  • 1+ year call center and/or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of handling escalated calls
  • Strong computer skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, identify problems, and make sound decisions
