Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Coordinate customer service activities and assist users with hardware/software applications
  • Manage incidents from creation to completion and perform trend analysis on incidents
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience, or Master's degree with 3 years' experience, or Associate's degree with 7 years' experience, or HS diploma/equivalent with 9 years' experience
  • Experience in an IT call center environment
  • Working knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds and Remedy
  • Ability to contribute to a larger team ensuring timely resolution of Mission Critical Facilities issues
