Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support professional to join their high-performing team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, database, network, and AWS issues
  • Analyze incoming requests and prioritize actions for proper resolution
  • Maintain training and support documentation while instructing users on PC and network usage

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma plus some advanced training; minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Prior call center experience is required
  • In-depth knowledge of IT operations and incident management processes
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and best practices
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a 6C Level Public Trust security clearance
