Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support professional to join their high-performing team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, database, network, and AWS issues
- Analyze incoming requests and prioritize actions for proper resolution
- Maintain training and support documentation while instructing users on PC and network usage
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma plus some advanced training; minimum of 3 years of experience
- Prior call center experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of IT operations and incident management processes
- Familiarity with cloud architecture and best practices
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a 6C Level Public Trust security clearance
