Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Customer Training Instructor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and organize training for associates and customers
  • Create and maintain training materials to effectively teach users about software
  • Instruct participants in both classroom and virtual environments while evaluating training effectiveness

Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
  • 5-7 years of related professional experience in training and instructional design
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Experience with training delivery via multiple media formats
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and virtualization software
