Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Customer Training Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and organize training for associates and customers
- Create and maintain training materials to effectively teach users about software
- Instruct participants in both classroom and virtual environments while evaluating training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- 5-7 years of related professional experience in training and instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with training delivery via multiple media formats
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and virtualization software
