Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Delivery Manager - Gainsight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and evolve the Gainsight platform to enhance processes and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities and enhance processes
  • Set goals for projects, measure impact, and report on results
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of customer-focused project management or service delivery experience
  • Gainsight NXT Admin certificate - Level 3
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience in SaaS industry and post-sale best practices (desired)
  • Experience with digital experience tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce
