Cyber Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Engineer with a Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and evaluate information system security throughout the systems development life cycle
• Monitor and analyze Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to identify and remediate security issues
• Implement and maintain Splunk SaaS architecture and ensure compliance with regulations and privacy laws

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience in cyber systems and software engineering
• Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG)
• DOD 8570 IA Level II Certification required (e.g., Security+ CE)
• Current Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin certification preferred
