Job Summary

To drive TRM's talent acquisition efforts, the full-time remote Cyber Security Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and enhance candidate experiences while focusing on hiring top talent in the tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-velocity recruiting engine to identify and attract exceptional talent
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and analyze metrics to refine strategies and enhance hiring efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cyber security companies
• Proven ability to hire hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and personalized outreach strategies
• Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and market data to inform hiring strategies
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
