Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst for the Exhibitor Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst Supervisor on departmental projects
- Conduct analysis to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Generate reports from various databases and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding technology systems
