Job Summary
Partnering with Product Management and Marketing teams, the full-time remote Data Analyst will own product analytics, build data products, and drive feature launch analytics for the In-Store business at SevenRooms.
Key responsibilities
- Own product analytics end-to-end funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for major feature launches
- Build new data products to enhance analytic and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, and ongoing optimization
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience analyzing product data in a SaaS environment
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap
- Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into actionable analyses
- Strong presentation skills for communicating with product and executive audiences
