Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analytics Associate - Public Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with public safety professionals to translate their needs into technical solutions
- Provide support and guidance to clients on effectively using technology solutions
- Develop and maintain basic data analytics dashboards and conduct training sessions for public safety personnel
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Instructor, Technical Writer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Experience Manager
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer needs and internal requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvement
- Interest in public safety technology and data analytics trends
