Data and Client Support Supervisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Data and Client Production Support Operations (iSeries/File Processing) - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the iSeries and file processing support team
- Ensure adherence to service level targets and facilitate process improvements
- Supervise and coordinate team meetings, project schedules, and operational tools implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 4+ years equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience
- Three years of experience in financial services preferred
- Broad knowledge of SQL, Windows Servers, Networking, ETL processing, and API functionality
- Familiarity with AGILE, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL methodologies
