Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of data from BigQuery to Snowflake, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime
- Design and implement a scalable data architecture integrating various data sources into Snowflake
- Establish data governance policies and monitor data quality through automated frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering with leadership experience
- Proven experience in migrating data warehouses, specifically from BigQuery to Snowflake
- Deep expertise in Snowflake, including performance tuning and advanced features
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
