Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to support the Translational Data Services team in data management and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create production-level source code for biomarker data management and delivery
Execute data processing and quality control pipelines for various biomarker data types
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure high-quality data delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data management, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Biology, or a related field
2 years of relevant working experience
Experience with coding in R and Python
Familiarity with source code management systems such as Git
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
