Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Engineer to manage data migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing database schemas and develop data migration strategies
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity post-migration
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL for writing queries and scripts
- Experience with data migration projects and ETL processes
- Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL tools is a plus
