Data Migration Specialist

Job Summary

Leading data migration projects, the full-time Data Migration Specialist will work remotely to manage customer historical data retrieval, transformation, and integration into Intralinks products while ensuring compliance and quality control throughout the migration process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and project teams to define and document data migration requirements
• Conduct data analysis to validate requirements and strategize the migration from legacy systems to Intralinks products
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management systems, computer science, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in software implementation or data migration
• Strong data analysis, transformation, and validation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, including XLookups, Pivots, and Data Queries
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Python scripting
