Data Migration Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Data Import team, the full-time Data Migration Team Lead will mentor team members, improve automation and scalability of data migration processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and support the data migration team while fostering clarity and accountability
• Identify opportunities for automation and modernize migration processes to improve efficiency
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and directly contribute to operational workflows

Required qualifications

• Experience with data migration or implementation workflows
• Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL/Postgres, and Python or similar scripting languages
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering and product roles
• Background in automation tooling and AI-assisted workflows
• Experience leading technical or operational teams in a SaaS environment
