Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP, Data Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Underwriting, and Data to manage business data requirements and streamline data collection
- Lead data transformation initiatives and maintain data quality and consistency across operations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhance reporting for Underwriting Operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Deep experience in leading data transformations within a large insurance business
- Experience in aligning data initiatives with enterprise strategy
- Proven ability to engage with IT and Underwriting partners for solution delivery
- Experience in designing and delivering user acceptance testing for complex data projects
