Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Product Owner responsible for the success of data products from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the vision and roadmap for data-driven initiatives
- Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure products meet user needs and provide actionable insights
- Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing clear and actionable user stories
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with an actuarial background
- Experience with implementing and owning product/platforms across the pricing/underwriting lifecycle
- Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases and data warehouses
- Proven experience as a Data Product Owner or similar role in data or software development
