Data Scientist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist II to work with a data science team and cross-functional partners to solve business challenges through advanced data analysis and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory data analysis and develop statistical and machine learning models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive the adoption of data science products and models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressively complex data science experience
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying algorithms using machine learning and statistical methods
• Expertise in modern analytics tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with commercial or open-source optimization tools (Gurobi, Pyomo, CPLEX, etc.)
