Job Summary
To support the Data Science team, the full-time Data Scientist - Marketing will advise on analysis techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers, and conduct exploratory analyses while working remotely or from the Lititz, PA office.
Key responsibilities
- Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to develop custom analytics models for actionable insights
- Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies and optimize business performance
- Maintaining and updating Media Mix Models (MMM) and conducting experiments to improve attribution models
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Science or a PhD in a quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with a strong foundation in statistical methods
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and causal inference methods
- Proven ability to partner with marketing teams to design and analyze experiments
- Experience building and refining Media Mix Models (MMM) and/or Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models
