Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Steward to assist in fostering a data-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with subject matter experts to understand organizational data
- Develop data governance policies and assure data compliance with regulations
- Manage internal data catalog systems and connect data users with data owners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis, strategy, governance, or data operations management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a relevant field
- Experience with project management of software and/or data teams
- Experience writing SQL queries
- Experience with data compliance
