Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight, development, and coaching to service desk personnel
  • Resolve complex user incidents and questions as an internal escalation point
  • Identify and implement improvements in service and staff

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in IT or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of Service Desk work experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
