- Provide oversight, development, and coaching to service desk personnel
- Resolve complex user incidents and questions as an internal escalation point
- Identify and implement improvements in service and staff
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of Service Desk work experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
