DE I Data Analytics Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a DE&I Data Analytics & Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed DE&I reports and dashboards
- Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights for DE&I strategies
- Manage participation in external DE&I certifications and industry recognition programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DE&I data analytics and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, HR, or a related field is preferred
- Advanced skills in data analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones
