Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support the global Sales team in structuring optimized deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on deal structuring, processes, and policies
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop pricing strategies for complex transactions
- Manage complex, non-standard deals through the deal review process to ensure compliance and optimal structure
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, or Sales Operations
- Experience in an Enterprise B2B software sales environment with SaaS agreements
- Experience in drafting/analyzing multi-element sales agreements
- Previous hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (Netsuite) preferred
- Exposure to CPQ (Dealhub.io) and Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga) processes preferred
