- Oversee the renewal and expansion process, ensuring accuracy and collaboration across teams
- Manage deal desk operations and enhance processes for global teams
- Maintain accurate subscription and contractual data in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or contract management
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and Excel
- Experience managing renewals is a plus
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong focus on detail and compliance
