Deal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Deal Desk to oversee deal structuring, pricing, and contracting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Deal Operations function, providing strategic guidance and support to the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure complex deals and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain deal pricing strategies, conduct financial analysis, and enhance Deal Operations processes and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 9-11 years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, finance, or related roles, preferably in technology or software
• Proven experience in managing deal operations activities, including deal structuring and pricing
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data
• Experience with deal operation automation tools and CRM systems
