Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and collect payments on delinquent retail, consumer, residential, or auto accounts
• Evaluate customer delinquencies and implement standard methods to secure payments
• Document calls and customer interactions clearly while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to develop strong phone skills for effective customer interactions
• Developing negotiation skills within established guidelines
• Basic PC skills and ability to learn about various consumer loan products
• Writing ability to document calls clearly
