Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Dedicated CSS for top partners, responding promptly to support calls, chats, and emails
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system or service issues
- Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback
Required Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment
- Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
- Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of surplus lines tax filing a plus
