Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Customer Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Dedicated CSS for top partners, responding promptly to support calls, chats, and emails
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system or service issues
  • Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback

Required Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite applications
  • Knowledge of surplus lines tax filing a plus
