Deliverability Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deliverability Consultant to manage customer deliverability issues and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve blocking or spam placement issues with major mailbox providers
- Engage with filtering services to address IP blocklisting
- Analyze deliverability metrics and provide prescriptive advice to customers
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an analytic, data-driven email deliverability role
- Ability to read and analyze email headers to identify issues
- Technical knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Familiarity with major mailbox providers and common ISP procedures
- Experience working in a team environment
